Where to start

Install Connect RDC from the Play Store or the App Store.

Three screens show you the essentials, then the app opens.

Look around straight away, with no account: services, information, traffic.

Create an account when you want to act: with your WhatsApp number, no email address. A code arrives through that same channel.

Your first device signs in without a code. A code is only asked if another device is already trusted.

Finally, set your emergency contacts and your language. You are ready.

The app is not only for ordering. It has a mode for each of the people who make it run.

You ride for yourself. You choose your jobs and you collect directly.

Send your application with your photo. The team checks your identity, then calls you back.

Courier mode opens in the same app: jobs to take, offers you made, your trips, your account.

Your account is prepaid. You top it up at a kiosk or by mobile money, and you see your earnings day by day.

Once verified, your name, photo and number no longer change on their own: you request it, so the check keeps its meaning.

You ride for a company. It hands you its jobs, and you front no money.

You have couriers and clients. You run it all from one place.

Register your company, with its name and its RCCM. The team calls you back.

Add your couriers, your clients and your contracts. You set your own rate grid.

Assign the trips, follow them, and manage your warehouse stock if you have one.

Your service fees and your remittances are tracked, trip by trip.

You run a kiosk. You top up the couriers nearby and you earn a commission.

Send your application with your photo. Your details are checked before a kiosk is opened for you.

Once approved, your cash box is funded in advance. You only top up with what it holds.

A courier shows up: you find them by number or QR code, and you top them up.

Your commission is credited to you, and it is never taken back from your cash box.
